Belarusian Cloud Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) draws the attention of auction participants to the fact that it bears no liability for the consequences of acquiring, as a result of the auction, the right to register a domain name included in the list of identifiers of Internet resources, access to which is restricted (hereinafter referred to as the List of Identifiers) in accordance with the Regulation on the procedure for restricting (resumption) of access to an Internet resource, online publication, news aggregator, approved by the Resolution of the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus dated 03.10.2018 N 8/10/6. Thus, access to the Internet site using a domain name included in the List of Identifiers is not possible on the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The Company recommends that auction participants check domain names for their inclusion in the List of Identifiers on the information resource of the state enterprise BelGIE.
