Belarusian Cloud Technologies LLC announces an auction for the right to conclude agreements for the registration of domain names in the national domain zone (hereinafter referred to as the auction).

Auction subject:

the right to conclude an agreement for the registration of a second-level domain name in the national domain zone, the registration record of which has been canceled in the centralized database of domain names registered in the national domain zone, including their owners. A complete list of domain names put up for auction is attached (file in .xls format). Prior to the start of the auction, the list of domain names put up for auction may be changed

Location of the auction:

The auction is held on an electronic auction platform located on the Internet resource auction.cctld.by.

Auction start date and time: January 27, 2025 at 10:00:00.

Auction end date and time: January 28, 2025 at 10:00:00.

Bidding duration: 24 hours.

Features of automatic extension of bidding time:
if within the last 2 (two) minutes before the end of the established bidding duration a bid was made in relation to a domain name, the time of the auction for this domain name is automatically extended each time by two (two) minutes, the period of which begins from the moment such a bid is made.

Registration procedure for auction participants:

Auction participants can be legal entities and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs, who are both residents and non-residents of the Republic of Belarus.

To participate in the auction, it is necessary to register on the Internet resource auction.cctld.by before it begins, indicating reliable information about yourself in the appropriate registration form. In the event that an auction participant indicates false information about himself, the organizer has the right not to allow such a participant to participate in the auction or to remove him from participation in the course of the auction.

Auction procedure:

The procedure for holding auctions for the right to conclude agreements for registration of domain names in the national domain zone, approved by the organizer on February 1, 2023 in agreement with the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus and posted on the Internet resource auction.cctld.by

Auction starting price: two base units (84.00 Belarusian rubles).

Auction step: 10 (ten) Belarusian rubles.

The procedure for determining the winner of the auction:

The winner of the auction in respect of a domain name is the participant who has offered the highest bid by the time the bidding expires. Also, the auction is considered completed if there is at least one bid. The only participant who made a bid is recognized as the winner of the auction. The winner of the auction will receive a notification of the victory in the auction at the e-mail address specified during registration on the Internet resource.

Deadline for concluding an agreement with the winner of the auction:

Within five (five) working days from the date of sending him an electronic notification of the victory in the auction, the winner of the auction must transfer a charitable contribution, choose a registrar and conclude a domain name registration agreement with him, pay the cost of domain name registration. If the winner fails to comply with the above conditions, the commission decides to cancel the results of the auction in respect of the domain name, if the auction winner did not transfer the charitable contribution in due time and (or) did not conclude a domain name registration agreement, and (or) did not pay the cost of domain name registration. Domain names, the result of the auction in respect of which was canceled, are put up by the organizer for the next auction.
